The petitioner/party-in-person is present before this Court.

2. This writ petition is filed as against the order passed by the Tahsildar, in which the petitioner's claim for grant of patta has been rejected. Since there is an appeal remedy as against the order of the Tahsildar, the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law. No costs.
