The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.19 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) and 25 of NDPS Act, 1985.

2. The petitioner is the 2nd accused. The 1st accused, was found in possession of 1,250 grams of ganja and on confession, she had stated that the petitioner has supplied the said contraband.

3. It is also stated that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required to determine the place from where the petitioner stored the said ganja for retail sale and employed the 1st accused to sell it to the common people.

4. In view of that particular fact, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
