This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 25.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.28389 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 am., until further order.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report the respondent police on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the charge sheet is filed and thereafter as directed by the Concerned Court.
