NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 189 days in filing the said revision petition filed against the impugned order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6263 of 2022 dated 19.12.2022 by the learned Principal Special Judge, EC & NDPS Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent Police.

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes this petition for the reason that the revision is not maintainable.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
