2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and M/s.T.S.Gopalan and Co., learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.

Registry is also directed to print the name of M/s.T.S.Gopalan and Co., as learned counsel for the respondent, when the matter is listed for admission.
