This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12901 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
