This petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent from opening the tender documents in respect of tender notice No.17/20192020/HDO dated 07.09.2019 of the first respondent herein in respect of the works under the said tender notice without issuing the quality certificate to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner.

PRAYER in W.P.No.29109 of 2019 :

This petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent from opening the tender documents in respect of tender notice No.18/20192020/HDO dated 09.09.2019 of the first respondent herein in respect of the works under the said tender notice without issuing the quality certificate to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner.

PRAYER in W.P.No.29111 of 2019 :

This petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent from opening the tender documents in respect of tender notice No.17/20192020/HDO dated 07.09.2019 of the first respondent herein in respect of the works under the said tender notice without issuing the quality certificate to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner.

For respondents : Mr. Venkatesh, in all W.Ps Gov. Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R All the writ petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the Second respondent to give Quality Control Certificate.

2. According to the petitioners, they want to participate in the tender floated by the first respondent, for which, a Working condition Certificate should be obtained from the second respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that today (04.10.2019), the second respondent will inspect the machineries and issue a certificate.

4. Recording the said submission, all the writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
