This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23863 of 2021 dated 13.12.2021 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., on first working day of every Month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
