Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the guide line value fixed in respect of the petitioner's sold lands in Survey Nos.15/4E, 15/5D, 15/6D, 15/8, 15/10A, 15/12, 15/9, 15/4F and 15/10B in Kaspapuram Village, Tambaram Taluk fixed at Rs.1,500/- per sq.ft retrospectively from 01.04.2012 as published and uploaded in TNREGINIT website by the 1st and 2nd respondents and consequential proceedings of the 4th respondent u/s.148 Income Tax Act, 1961 in Letter No.ITBA/AST/F/17/2019-20/1017970702(1) dated 13.09.2019 to reopen the assessment in respect of the petitioner's assessment year 2014-2015 and quash the same.
