The above miscellaneous petition has been filed to grant an order of injunction restraining the first respondent from conducting further proceeding on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent and pending disposal of the writ petition.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased the subject property and he was in possession and enjoyment of the same. Whileso the 3rd respondent who is a relative to the petitioner made a false allegation against the petitioner before the first respondent, who inturn issued summon through Na.Ka.No.26911/Aa1/2021 dated 17.11.2021 to the petitioner to appear for the enquiry . Hence the present petition.

3. A perusal of the materials reveals that the petitioner has made out a Prima facie for grant of interim injunction. In view of the above there shall be a order of interim injunction till 24.11.2022.
