This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.24 of 2013, within a stipulated period of time.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1/4

respondent/Police states that based on the complaint given by these petitioners a case in Crime No.24 of 2013 was registered as against Saravanan and Pathanjan. On completion of the investigation, final report was filed as 'mistake of fact' through e-filing on 25.10.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN-20230000416C202400095 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam. He further states that a copy of the said report will be served to the petitioners/complainants within a couple of days.
