(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.,) This writ petition has been filed challenging G.O.Ms.No.18, Labour and Employment (Q1) Department dated 23.01.2020, based on which, the representation made by the petitioner for appointment of her daughter on compassionate ground, was rejected.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would state that G.O.Ms.No.18, Labour and Employment (Q1) Department dated 23.01.2020, challenged by the petitioner has been superseded by G.O.Ms.No.33 Labour Welfare and Skill Development (Q1) Department dated 08.03.2023 and thus, the said G.O.Ms.No.18 is not in force. 3. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
