2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that since the appeal filed in A.S.No.9 of 2021 itself has been dismissed, the present Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
