ORDER

A complaint under section 380 and 454 of IPC was registered on 26.09.2022 based on the information given by one Pachaiappan. The petitioner herein appears to be unsolved till date. Hence, the present petition by Page No.1/4

the defacto complainant to complete the investigation and file final report.

2. The learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) states that the house of the petitioners was broke open and jewels kept inside the bureau locker has been robbed. The complaint is against unknown person. From the CD file, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) states that no suspicious finger print could be lifted from the scene of crime and investigation is under-way. He further submitted that within the jurisdiction of the respondent police, there are two more such cases with same modus operandi and the accused are unable to be identified.

3. In view of the above fact, the Station House Officer concerned is directed to constitute a Special Team and expedite the investigation and file final report as soon as the investigation gets completed.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
