Crl.M.P.No.16934 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16934 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23280 of 2021 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.335 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23280 of 2021 by order dated 19.01.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.335 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23280 of 2021 by an order dated 19.01.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
