The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police on instructions would submit that in Crime No.582 of 2022, investigation has been completed and final report has already been filed on 15.10.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram and the same is not taken on file. 3.
