ORDER

The prayer made is to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.281 of 2025 and to file a Final Report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents would submit that prima facie, the investigation to this extent points out towards the woman walking away from the matrimonial home with a third party. However, the same is subject to verification. They are also making efforts to trace the missing woman.

3. In view thereof, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to take expeditious steps to trace out the missing woman, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a web-copy of this order without waiting for a certified copy of this order.
