This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25823 of 2022 on 31.10.2022 to appear before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of one month and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not pressing the application for bail and he would start appear from tomorrow. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner as of now is not appearing before the respondent police even for one day. However, investigation is still pending on the file of the respondent. Therefore, he opposed for modification of the condition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the submissions made by the both sides, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court.
