This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 3 herein as legal heirs in the place of the deceased Mohan Kumar in the above Writ Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Writ Petition and post the main Writ Petition on 12.02.2025.
