ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, without any direct interest, seeks to challenge the Award after acquisition made in Na.Ka.No.993/98(A) dated 23.03.1999 under the pretext of public interest litigation.

2. We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, WMP.Nos.3828 and 3829 of 2016 are closed.
