ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 20.11.2015 passed by the first respondent thereby cancelling the sub division in survey No.38/4A and the same was confirmed by the second respondent by an order dated 28.09.2017.

When the matter was listed on 08.10.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 10.10.2025 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also i.e., on 10.10.2025, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
