Heard Mr. B.Jagannath, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. G.T.Subramaniam, Learned Counsel for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed to restrain the First and Second Respondents from erecting bus shelter for the use of public as MTC Bus stage carriage stop at Second Avenue Anna Nagar in front of and abutting the property of the Petitioner at Old Door No. 99, New Door No. 52, W-Block, Second Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai - 600040.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the proposal for such bus shelter in front of the property of the Petitioner at Old 2/5
