O R D E R

This criminal revision has been filed as against the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate-II, Tirupathur in Crl.M.P.No.1561 of 2023 on 01.07.2025, thereby dismissed the petition for return of the vehicle.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the vehicle was already confiscated by a confiscation order dated 04.06.2025

3. Therefore, there is no question of return of vehicle. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the confiscation order in the manner known to law.
