ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.384 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the case was closed by the respondent police as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has been filed on 13.07.2017 in RCS.No.17 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate No-II, Kancheepuram.
3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed and liberty is given to the defacto complainant to workout his remedy by filing a protest petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
before the Concerned Court and proceed further in accordance with law.
