Mr.N.Subramaniyan For Respondent :
Mr.P.Kumaresan, AAG assisted by Mr.N.Naveenkumar, GA COMMON ORDER Review has been filed to review the order of this Court dated 27.07.2023 passed in W.P.No.22060 of 2023.
Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 27.07.2023 passed in WP.No.22060 of 2023
2. The main contention of the review petitioner is that this Court while setting aside the order of termination dated 31.10.2022 directed the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner forthwith with continuity of service. According to him, though the order has been complied, continuity of service has not been granted from the order of termination. Hence, the review. 2/4
3. The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that earlier though it is stated that the petitioner is temporarily obsorbed, later same has been corrected by the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.I1/9466/2022 dated 06.08.2025 and continuity of service has been restored. The learned AAG fairly submitted that even from the date of termination, i.e., 31.10.2022, the petitioner is entitled to all the service benefits. Such statement is recorded.
4. Such view of the matter, the respondents having given the continuity of service in Na.Ka.No.I1/9466/2022 dated 06.08.2025 is directed to pay all the service benefits from 01.11.2022. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this review and both the review as well as the contempt petition stands closed.
