It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that he has already given change of vakalat and he has also sent a registered letter to the petitioner. Despite the same, he has not received any instructions from the petitioner.

2. This Original Petition is pending from the year 2017 without any progress. Hence, this Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
