O R D E R

Instant application has been filed by the applicant/Company to appoint employee of the applicant viz., Mr.Yogesh Shrivastava, Territory Manager - Collections as Receiver to seize and take possession of the

vehicle which is more fully described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or respondent's men, agents, servants from respondent premises or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises, if necessary. 2.

By order dated 15/10/2019, this Court had appointed one Mr.Yogesh Shrivastava, Territory Manager - Collections as Receiver to seize and possess the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the vehicle could not be secured and sought for extension of time for execution of order by the Receiver and submitted that further time of three weeks may be granted to repossess the vehicle. Accordingly, time is extended finally for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the order granting power to repossess the vehicle shall automatically stand cancelled.
