Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint the employee of the Applicant viz Mr.JUBER ALI SAYES, TERRITORY MANAGER - COLLECTIONS as Receiver to seize and take possession of the Vehicle which is more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or respondent's men, agents, servants from respondent premises or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to order substituted service of notice on the respondent through paper publication. These Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

These applications have been filed for appointment of Mr.Juber Ali Sayes, Territory Manager Collections, as a receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle described in the judges summons and to Order substituted service of notice on the respondent through paper publication respectively.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and that the applications may be closed.
