Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to pay the interest towards the belated payment of arrears of salary as admissible by law and interest towards the Provident Fund within a stipulated time and to direct the 4th respondent to send the petitioner's Service Register to the 2nd respondent to enable entry of the above payment and direct the 3rd respondent to disburse the postal savings amount of Rs.1,100 along with interest at the rate of 18 % for the past 16 years.
