This petition is filed to condone the delay of 246 days in filing the appeal C.A.Sr.No.46829 of 2024 in S.C.No.3 of 2022 on the file of the 3rd Addl. District Sessions Judge at Thiruppathur dated 07.11.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no serious objection in condoning the delay.

3.In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this petition stands ordered.
