Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to re-convey the petitioner's land in S.No.316/4 with extent of 14 cents situated at Eachankuzhi Village, H/o.Edayanchavadi Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District which is under the subject matter of land acquisition vide Declaration G.O.Ms.No.91 dated 06.03.1992 on the file of first respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2017.
