ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to grant personal pay of Rs.750/- with notional benefit from 01.01.2006 to 31.07.2010 and monetary benefit from 01.10.2011 as per GO. Ms. No.23, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 12.01.2011 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2022.
2. At the outset, learned Government Advocate for respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2022 would be considered by appropriate authority in accordance with law, within a time period to be fixed by this Court.
3. In view of the above, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2011, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner and any
other interested persons, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.
4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
