The present petition has been filed aseeking to enhance the compensation from Rs.1,81,500/- to Rs.7,00,000/- with higher rate of interest and costs.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant had passed away and the legal heirs of the Appellant did not come forward to proceed the Appeal.
3. Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed as abated.
