This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take necessary action against the second respondent based on her complaint dated 07.01.2016 and further to direct the second respondent to allow her to discharge her duty as Sanitary worker. 2.Heard Mr.I.C.Vasudevan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.The petitioner joined duty as Sanitary worker on 13.02.2012 and completed her probation on 12.02.2013 which was approved by the first respondent by his proceedings in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

K.Dis.No.2516/A3/2015 dated 26.08.2015. At present, she is working at Government Primary Health Centre, Chennimalai, Erode. While so, she alleged that the second respondent did not permit her to sign the attendance register, for this simple reason, she made a complaint against the second respondent alleging sexual harassment. Although this Court is able to see her complaint dated 07.01.2016, it is not able to find out whether there was any cause of action arisen as the petitioner has never mentioned the date or month or year, on which the said occurrence took place. When the petitioner is not able to know the date and month of the alleged sexual assault, no purpose would be served to entertain a vague and frivolous complaint. In view of the same, it is not safe for this Court to give any direction in the matter and therefore, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
