O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to quash the suspension order dated 30/7/2024 passed by the second respondent in SMVEC/CSEBS/2024-25/07.

2. The facts of the case in a nutshell are that the petitioner is the second year student of Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College was placed under suspension, as if he had forwarded some obscene photos of a girl student. Therefore, College authorities have passed suspension order as against the petitioner. The petitioner has not committed any crime as against anybody. Hence sent a detailed representation to the respondents to revoke the order of suspension. Since, the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has come forward with the instant writ petition praying for the relief as stated therein.

petitioner, Mrs.A.V.Bharathi, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.B.Balavijayan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the suspension order of the petitioner will be revoked and enquiry will be conducted on the person who has committed mischief.

5. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 28/10/2024 mvs.
