This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before any Court in connection with the case in Crime No. Not known of 2025 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had induced customers online to purchase crackers at the cost of Rs.2,999/-, collected a huge sum of money, but neither supplied the crackers nor return the amount. Hence, his custodial interrogation is required.

3. Considering the above facts, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to participate in the enquiry and prove his innocence.
