This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR as against the petitioners herein, who have been arrayed as Accused 7 to 9 in Crime No.2527 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the dispute between the petitioner and de facto complainant, who are landlord and tenant, has already been settled and the very FIR itself has been closed by the respondent police.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous as nothing survives for adjudication.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
