This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of fair and decreetal order in I.A.No. 1 of 2022 in O.S.No. 51 of 2016 on the file of District Munsif Court, Omalur dated 25.07.2014.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that as the revision petitioner filed copy application for fair and decreetal order and the same is not yet made ready. Hence, he may be permitted to produce the order copy as and when available to him. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
