ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) With reference to the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that after conducting field inspection and survey, enforcement actions under Section 131 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act has been initiated.

2. In view of the said factum, the respondents are directed to proceed with the enforcement actions by affording opportunity to all the parties and by

following the procedures and conclude the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
