[Order of the Court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the second respondent by its proceedings Se.Mu.Ka.No.A2/4434/2019, dated 10.09.2019.
2. Admittedly, the order impugned is appealable before the District Collector. The petitioner has also filed such an appeal on 26.09.2019. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise its discretionary power by going into the factual issues.
3. Accordingly, the Writ petition stands disposed of, by directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 26.09.2019, within a period of three https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
