PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to set aside the docket return endorsement dated 20.09.2019 and consequently direct the Fast Track Court, Poonamallee to furnish the documents and relevant papers in STC No.380 of 2017, since it is required for the purpose of filing the same before the District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur in Crl Appeal filed against the order in STC No.380 of 2017. O R D E R

The endorsement is only returning the copy application seeking for explanation over the query raised. The appropriate remedy available to the petitioner would be to answer the query raised by the learned Judicial Magistrate and as such, no cause of action has been raised for the purpose of interference under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

2. In the light of the above observation, the petitioner is granted liberty to represent the copy application with the reasons raised, while the application was returned on 20.09.2019. With such a liberty, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
