This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.117 of 2017 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions submitted that after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

completion of the investigation in Crime No.117 of 2017, Charge Sheet has been filed by the 2nd respondent police before the Mahila Court, Nagapattinam, being taken on file in C.C. No.90 of 2019 for further hearings.

3. As charge sheet has been filed in the aforesaid Crime No.117 of 2017, there is nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

4 .In the result, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed if any.
