ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representation made on 30.10.2015 by the petitioner.

2.

The petitioner had executed PWD tender works, viz., ''Special repairs to cupboard, name board partition and other works'' in Survey and Land Records Buildings at Chepauk, Chennai-5. The said work was successfully completed and final bill was also paid to the petitioner. The petitioner approached the respondents several times to pay the withheld amount. In this regard, the petitioner also made a representation on 30.10.2015 to the respondents. But till date no action was taken on the said representation. Hence the petitioner, left with no other alternative, has filed this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any opinion with regard to the claim made by the petitioner and it is for the first respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner purely on merits and in accordance with law.
