This writ petition is filed seeking for mandamus directing the respondents to call the petitioner for negotiation to be held on 09.10.2019 or any subsequent dates for the purpose of bonus for the accounting year 2018-2019.

3. The petitioner claims to be a registered Trade Union with registration No. 2998/CNI. It is further claimed that the petitioner is having 673 employees as its members. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents, while inviting the other Trade Unions for negotiation to decide the bonus issue, however, not invited the petitioner-Union though it is registered.

4. It is admitted by both sides that the negotiation was already concluded on 09.10.2019 in respect of bonus issue. Therefore, if any future negotiation is to be held, it is for the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents seeking for inclusion of their Union also along with other Unions to take part in the negotiation. If any such representation is made, it is for the respondents to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
