ORDER
By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 1/4
2. Mr.C. Sathish, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief.
4. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of her statutory appeal pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. The said appeal was filed on 01.09.2022 and it was filed aggrieved by the suspension order.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's appeal is disposed of, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal, dated 01.09.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
