This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records pertaining to the order of dismissal of the impleading petition in M.P. No.654 of 2016 in M.C. No.21 of 2016 dated 24.10.2017 passed by the Hon'ble VI Additional Family Court, Chennai and set aside the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case in M.C. No.21 of 2016 was disposed of on merit in the year 2019 itself by the Court below. Hence, there is nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed if any.
