This Criminal Revision case has been filed to set-aside the judgment dated 16.06.2017 passed by the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai confirming the judgment dated 30.09.2011 passed in C.C.No.1123 of 2004 by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that pending criminal revision case, the petitioner died on 07.11.2018 and he has also produced the copy of the death certificate with regard to the same.
