The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th and 5th respondents to issue the Transfer Certificate, HSC Mark Sheet, SSLC Mark Sheet and Community Certificate (original) to the petitioner based on her representation dated 01.11.2022.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after the filing of the writ petition, the respondents 4 and 5 have returned back all the original certificates which are sought for by the petitioner through the prayer in the writ petition. Hence, she wants this Court to close the writ petition by recording the said development.

3. Recording the said development, where the petitioner has accomplished the prayer sought for in the writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
