Respondents Prayer in Writ Petition: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representations dated 10.06.2019, 19.06.2019 and 22.08.2019 and to forbear the Respondents from shifting the State Transport Authority cum Transport Commissioner office from the existing Ezhilagam main building to 5th and 6th Floor of Ezhilagam Annex building, based on the objections submitted by the Petitioner association.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representations dated 10.06.2019, 19.06.2019 and 22.08.2019 and to forbear the Respondents from shifting the State Transport Authority cum Transport Commissioner office from the existing Ezhilagam main building to 5th and 6th Floor of Ezhilagam Annex building, based on the objections submitted by the Petitioner association. 2.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents states that the representations dated 10.06.2019, 19.06.2019 and 22.08.2019 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order dated 26.11.2019 passed by the Third Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. It is needless to add here that if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed, it is open to them to pursue for necessary relief before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
