This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Mr.S.Jaganathan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents.
3. Though notice was served and the name of the 3rd respondent was printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the 3rd respondent.
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.
6. Accordingly this petition is allowed.
Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter for admission.
